Wildlife
Some of the birds that inhabit the Galapagos Islands are the blue-footed booby, dark-rumped petrel, darwin's finches, flightless cormorant, galapagos flamingo, galapagos hawk, galapagos penguin, magnificent frigate bird, masked booby, red footed booby, and the waved albatross. Some of the marine life is fur seal, hammerhead shark, marine iguana, sally lightfoot crab, sea turtles, cetaceans(of or relating to whales and dolphins), rays, and sea lion. Some of the land dwellers are giant tortoise, land iguana, lava lizard, bats, and rats. There are three species of snakes, all are non venomous. Twp species inhabit the central and western islands, while the dromicus biserialis, the third species, inhabits the southern islands.
